The Schaffner Investment Properties AG (SIPAG) is a family-owned company established in 1964, focusing on commercial real estate in Switzerland. Beat Schaffner, a certified architect ETH SIA, played a key role in building the company and continues to shape it today as a member of the Board of Directors, providing guidance on construction-related and strategic matters.
Now in its third generation, Jil and Julian Schaffner lead the portfolio and asset management of the family’s real estate investment portfolio. Julian Schaffner (MAS REM, federally certified real estate marketer) also heads the Schaffner Properties LLC., which provides marketing and advisory services to external clients. Jil Schaffner is responsible for corporate communications, HR and selected finance functions.
SIPAG’s portfolio includes income-producing properties across light-industrial, logistics, retail and other commercial uses.
To professionally address the growing demand for independent advisory and marketing services, the Schaffner Properties LLC. was established in 2026 as a standalone entity. It advises owners and companies on the sale of commercial and residential properties, with a particular emphasis on villas and tower apartments.
